These are several boilers that Mike has installed to replace older, less efficient boilers that have been retired. These run much quieter and more efficient due to the way the gas is burned using a condensing form of cooling the vented gases and a cleaner burn using more of heat from the burn instead of losing heat out of the chimney! Pretty cool!!

Here is a bathtub rough in for an amazing client up in Priest River building a shop house!

remodel/change out
A few small projects from the last 6 months. A tub swap out for a good friend in Post Falls; A cabinet rebuild for a senior from our church!; and a kitchen sink upgrade for a great client that has several rental properties in Rathdrum!
